Other facilities include the canteen, DG sets (two 10K KVA, one 5K KVA). What kind of tests do I need to conduct for all of these processes? Should I also conduct health check-ups for all contractual laborers? Kindly suggest.

Recently, the Factory Inspector visited our construction site as a BOCW Inspector and requested the Vision Test reports for all Crane Operators. When I presented the reports, which were duly signed by a General Physician, he insisted that the vision tests must be conducted by an Ophthalmologist and not a general physician.
Therefore, it is advisable for our members to develop a practice of sending the Drivers and Operators to an Eye Hospital for these tests during their employment.
