Please send me a format, as I have already availed sick leave and the medical department has not approved my leave. Whereas they have informed me to get in touch with the boss. Now, he is asking for a letter (pleading). Based on the letter, he will decide to recommend my case.

Dear All,

We are engaging around 31 production trainees for the period of 1.5 years. After completion of a successful period, they are likely to be considered in a probationary cadre. Right now, we are not granting any annual leave to them. However, as per the Factory's Act, if an employee has completed 240 days, they should be entitled to annual leave.

Kindly let us know whether annual leave should be credited to these trainees during their training period.

Regards,
Benison
