Hi All,
I again need your help. I will be joining a telecom company in the HR Department & will be working on offroll employees. Can somebody help me planning things for the offroll employees. How the HR activties takes place for offroll people & how are they different from onroll people. I was handling a small no of offroll people in my previous orgn. Can somebody please send me the complete details specifically for Offroll employees?
Few Documents & detailings that are particularly done for offroll employees.

Hi Friend,
frist take some out source agencys for manpower sourcing & make a agrement with them & it must show Ur terms and conditions .
And u have take care off attendence of offroll emp & in the month end U have to send attendence reports by agency wise by that they process pay roll & at last agencys send invoces for money .
At last U have take care of returns of statutary deductions what ever u have given to Offroll Empolyees like PF,ESI and other .
plz letmeknow if u have in prob bcz i am working as HR coordinator & I am deeling with 10 out source agencys.

Can anyone help me with what the positive and negative aspects of being on a consultancy's payroll but working with a branded company are? I need assistance as I have been offered an HR/IR profile but on the payroll of the sourcing consultancy.
