We have Independence day celebrations in my office.
We have prior to the independece day for 3/4 days. the following games,
Carrom,
Volley boll
Frisbee
Anthakshari
Quiz
dumb charades
On Independence day, our programme will be as below
Independence Day Celebrations 2007
Time Activity
08:45 AM Pledge – Led by Mr M K Halpeth
09:00 am - Flag Hoisting Ceremony by the Head/CEO of that unit
09:02 - 09.05 a.m - National Anthem - Company Choir
09:05 - 09:10 am Independence Day Speech by Head / CEO of that particular unit
09.10am – 09:20 am Patriotic Songs by company team
09:20 am – 09:40 am, Staff's Children Talent show
09:40 - 10.10 am – Breakfast
10.10 am – 11:00 am Games for Staff / Spouse / Children.
Games for children : Co-Co, Sack race, Running Race & Hurdles (small children can pick the garbage and put it in basket) Who does first will get first prize
Musical chair, tug of war / Potato Race
11:00 – 11:30
Prize Distribution by the Head/CEO of that unit
Can nominate each game organiser can be one one staff so that all the staff will be actively participate in the activity
