Dear Buddies,
Hi to everyone. I am a second-year student of MBA specializing in HR. It has been a 3-month journey in the Cite HR Family. Friends, I have learned a lot so far from books about fundamentals, but I would like to learn practical things from you about the following. Please clear my doubts on the following:
1. Difference between Training and Development.
2. Difference between Recruitment and Selection.
3. Difference between Seminars, Workshops, and Symposia.
Please also tell me what the Golden Principles of HR are!
Waiting for your reply.

Hi Rohan,
Life is a journey full of moments, and each moment enriches you with a new experience. HR is all about understanding people. No books will give you any quick-fix solution to any problem, specifically HR-related problems, because those are human-related problems. You need to have a positive attitude and learn to deal with human beings in a humane way. Ahoy, the battle will be won.
Well, about what is training (trg) and its difference from development, I will discuss in my next post scheduled for tomorrow.
Cheers,
Dev
