It's better to give the car keys to the girl or boy whom we have been dreaming about and ask him or her to take the old lady to the nearest hospital, and spend some time with your old friend... Because:
1. You can spend some time with your old indebted friend.
2. If you give the keys to your old friend and ask him to help the woman, the other person (whom we are dreaming about) may think that he or she is staying here to impress me. So, that person may try to avoid your company.

The interview panel consisted of wise HR persons who were in search of a true HR professional who always thinks in the way an HR should, not in an emotional way. They were indicating the employee profile through various situations. Do not just go by their words; try to understand their meanings. Since the lady needed urgent help and your friend had saved your life once, these are the two top priorities.
