I am working in a recruitment profile. I have 2.5 years of experience in NON-IT recruitment, and I hold an MBA in HR. I aspire to transition my career into an HR Generalist profile. How can I make this shift from recruitment to a generalist profile? Should I pursue HR generalist training? Are they worthwhile? My location is Delhi.
