Hi members,

Please suggest a format for collecting data from employees at the time of their joining. The format should include personal details, job details, experience, previous organizations worked for, salary history, references, etc.

Dear Harita,

Thank you for sharing such formats, but I have a small suggestion; instead of creating separate sheets for employee details, why not prepare a single Excel HRMS and then run a macro in it? Believe me, it would save a lot of time.
