I really appreciate your efforts from the HR perspective, but the sheet which you have attached, I don't see anything more than 10% related to hardcore HR practice. It's just about making visibility about the organization's development and other aspects, but it is not a typical sheet that can guide or help to learn more about Human Resource key areas.
