I am a trainer in my new job, and I need to work on LMS. Although I have worked on a different training application in my previous company, I don't know how to work with LMS. What is LMS? How does it work? How do I start off? Is it easy to learn how to use LMS?

Actually, we have been involved in e-learning and LMS for a long time, and we have many experts. However, I am not a technical person, so I can't offer much help in that area.
