I need assistance in formulating a test for recruitment which can be given by laymen and assesed by laymen too.So what is neede is a Psychometric Test along with correct answers.It could be in MCQs form or even true/false.

if it is for middle level management, i think the test called INTJ is a perfect one for the psychometric analysis. The organisational behaviour by Stephen robbins wil contain a CD which has this test with answers...choose one area in that and execute the test..u can know the attitude of the ppl...
