Yes, the question is about a course that I am pursuing from HRDC, New Delhi. It's a certificate course in competency mapping (distance learning mode), and the course duration is 3 months.
Right now, I am a fresh graduate from DU, so I can't say which organization I will apply the concepts to. However, I need help to complete this assignment. Please, people, help me. I have to submit it by mid-August!

You may be a newcomer, but I expect you to frame the question properly. I have asked you, what organization do you have in mind? You should concentrate on some organization. For large organizations, different models may be more suited in different departments. You have not hurt me at all.
