First you follow your HR manual (in case if you have no HR Mannual) talk to your Seniour regarding theirs(Office Assistant and Office Boy's) qaulification, package as per location, availability of candidate and experience after this you can recruit Office Assistant and Office Boy.
You can also define a criteria for Office Assistant.
1. Must be Graduate.
2. Knowledge of Computer Operation is essential.
3. Age- Candidate should be in the age of 18-25 years
