wow i cant thank you enough for this. I'm in the last yr of a HRM BA hons Degree and this semester one of our courses is mngt dev. due in 2 days inclusive of a pdp compared to answers from interviewing an experienced manager. I'm pulling an allnighter in fact I dont think I have time to sleep for the next 3 days. This really clarified what should go into my pdp. Again thanks much.
