Please check if this attachment would be of any help to you. You just have to enter the salary of the employee in the Gross Salary column and also input the number of working days in the Working Days column. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate the Net Salary for you.

Hi Saritha, the Excel sheet is good. Moreover, it depends upon the management as well. In that payroll, there is no calculation for PF contribution.

Hi Archana, kindly tell me the nature of the business and the approximate wage range. If wages are less, then there is no need for a complicated process.

I agree with you that it differs from company to company and also depends on the management. I actually forgot to add the formula in the PF column, where the calculation wasn't shown.

The breakup of salary differs as per the company's discretion. The allowances also vary. Please refer to the salary breakup format provided by our dear friend Saritha and discuss it with the management.
