Hello friends,

As I mentioned previously regarding the return material authorization (RMA), I am now working smoothly. However, I am in need of an Excel format where I can input customer details. If anyone has this format, kindly share it with me.

Thank you.

Hi Iqbal, thanks buddy.

I have been appointed as an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Coordinator in an IT manufacturing company that sells computer accessories. The company offers warranties of one and three years on different products. My role involves handling the RMA department, where five engineers work. I provide telephonic and email support to outstation parties as well as to locals, while also monitoring and supervising all staff in my department.

I maintain a register for daily inward and outward activities, for spare parts, and occasionally use Excel for record-keeping, though not on a regular basis. My boss does not require monthly reports as it is not a large company.

I am considering opportunities in larger corporations (LTD) for career growth. My question is, is there a specific format in which I can showcase my work effectively? Is there a format that can help me maximize my current position? Despite working as a manager, I feel that my current format lacks a professional touch.

I hope you understand, Iqbal. Please guide me.

Allah Hafiz.

Hi Shezaan,

Sorry for the delayed reply. Excel is not a big deal; it is very interesting when you practice. It's up to you how to present your work to the company. It is not a matter of whether the company is big or small; work is significant. In my opinion, we only grow according to our work and knowledge; you have the ability to grow.

I am attaching a very simple format; maybe it will suit your needs. I am also attaching an Excel formula file with this; you can learn a little bit about Excel. Every Excel sheet has a help option; you can access help by pressing the F1 key wherever you need assistance.

With Best Regards,
Iqbal

Hey Iqbal,

Thanks yaar for such a nice format. Now, I am going to use this. However, I did not understand the Excel tips you sent very well. Not to worry, as I am studying and Insha-Allah, I will understand it soon.

Thanks once again.
