Recently, I got to know of this gruesome incident at FRONTIER LIFELINE HOSPITAL, Mogappair. Dr. Usha Raghavan, NABH coordinator, has been the narrator. She said the Chairman, Dr. KM Cherian, takes sadistic pleasure in sending out his employees without any reason. This includes a range of doctors, nurses, and other seniors in the organization. He treats his employees very badly and is notorious for verbal abuse, which led the senior HR head to quit the organization. A senior professional who was with Dr. Cherian from the inception of the hospital was sacked for no reason.
My question in the forum is: can this be tolerated? What should these employees do? Is there any treatment for such a boss?
