I am working as a HR in one of the Infrastructure company. I need some help from all of the members for maintaining the database in the below formats to know the below details.
So, Kindly pls me to prepare the formats and whenever the data is asked should be given with in no time so in such kind i want to prepare the formats.
The details are as follows:
1) MAN POWER DETAILS
. PERMANENT
. CONTRACT
TRAINING
CONTRACTORS
SITE APPOINTMENTS
SO TOTAL HOW MANY ARE WORKING
PROJECT WISE PREPARATION
2) RECRUITMENT TRACKER
LIKE HOW MANY CV'S WE ARE TAKING AND MAINTAINING THE DATABASE AND HOW MANY WE ARE INTERVIWEING AND HOW MANY OFFERED AND HOW MANY JOINED.
3) VACANCIES-PROJECT WISE
4) ATTRIATION RATIO PROJECT WISE
5) DATABASE- ALL THE EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THEIR RESPECTIVE SITES.
SO, I AM EXPECTING SOME HELP TO MAKING ALL THE FORMATS.

1. How do I maintain the database of employees in an Excel sheet? Could you please send me the format in Excel?
2. Is it possible to download or save resumes from Naukri to Excel? If so, please guide me on the steps to do so.
