Two things surprise me: one, the lack of information about what course you are pursuing, where, and in what mode; is the synopsis for an internship or the final project? Two, why have you left it so late and why do you not have any idea? Have you attended a module on Research Methodology? Have you searched the web for the same?

I understand that it is very late from my side. I am doing MBA in HR through correspondence from IMT Ghaziabad, and I have to submit my final year synopsis. I was talking to a few of my friends about how to prepare a synopsis, but I still could not get an idea. If you can send me some sample synopsis, the topic that I have chosen is "Role of Training and Development in HR Efficiency."
