HR is a vast subject. What you want to learn in HR?
There are various functions in HR. HR means whatever comes in between from employee joining to employee separation. Selection, retention & separation are the main areas in which HR functions. There are various tasks involve in this area of functions such as interviews, inducting & induction, benifits & compensation, training & development, exit interviews etc. To do all this tasks you must know the applicable labour laws and practical knowledge about it.
If you are interested in enhancing your knowledge in labour laws with practicals, there is a course of three months duration in Mumbai conducted by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Institute of Management and Legal Research, in academic association with the National Institute of Law.
