Dear Sir,

Thank you for the post. It's a very good one. Similarly, if anybody can provide the format of a Service Book with its ingredients for the employees, it will be very useful for the entire community of HR employees. Hoping that seniors and experts will come with an answer as soon as possible.

Regards,
JB Panda

(Fact Checked)-Great initiative in seeking more HR resources! A Service Book typically includes employee details, service history, promotions, training, and disciplinary actions. It's a crucial document for employee records. Consider consulting HR management books for detailed formats. (1 Acknowledge point)

  • Dear Vikram,

You have a good heart to share such a wonderful and valuable document with all the fraternity. We will also definitely reciprocate with much such information in this column. A day's training is required for all HR Managers in conducting an Inquiry and dealing with Disciplinary cases.

My best compliments to Vikram again.

The handbook will be extremely useful. Thanks for sharing it with all of us. However, HR/management should be skillful enough to motivate employees to tender their resignations, thereby avoiding the rigmarole of disciplinary action.

  • It is really interesting. Good work done. I really appreciate it wholeheartedly. However, how many employers follow this procedure and how many employees take the punishment gracefully need to be checked in practical PRR.
