I m working with a pvt ltd co. My Salary is Rs 10000/- per month and only Pf & ESi of Rs. 920/- are deducted....I m not provided any salary slip or pay slip and salary is given in cash. The co. has provided me Form 16 of Rs 8000/- in Jan 2007 on which it deducts my PF. But now i have to join another comapny...and have to submit my Salary Slip and F-16. What should I do...? Please guide.....Also, I had a word with my co. they can only provide slary certifcate of Annual Salary Showing Rs 10000*12=1,20,000/- p.a.....kindly send a format of salary certificate without deductions......
Are such Salary Certificates Valid?

I need ur urgent help for my query as i hv to join my new organisation on 15 of June 20007. before that the docs required by them like Latest Salary Slip and Form 16 have to be given to them.
