I am working as a Asst. Mgr. HR in a private company.I got this job through my friends reference who was working as a Senior Sales Mgr. in the same company.But she was in to sales & unfortunately could nt perform her targets and due to which she got the warning letter from the Senior.And our friendship took an ugly face when she wrote a letter to my Senior HR regarding my job( regarding my personal life,my mobile bills etc.) which are not true at all.Moreover I am a Fresher in this field and if i ask her for some help sometimes she turn this point by saying that I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING.......All this really effects me alot.......Plz suggest me what should I Do when i was nt wrong at all......I know that was just her frustation but I was the sufferor......she wants to break my image in office......jst suggest me what should i do when somebody does like dis especially in written......what will be my duty as a HR person????????
