Hello Prakash,
It's definitely a shame on you to engage in such activities in the present and future.
Dear all,

I echo the comments of all who have replied. Yes, it can ruin your career, but more than that, it speaks of a total lack of integrity. Lies and falsehood only draw one into more lies. I hope that the replies here will get you to rethink your values.

Hi Everyone,
Whatever reasons might be the background to do this illegal activity, we cannot accept it, no matter the justification. This so-called Prakash must be a virus to the community of HR people. He can never be an HR person in his life. It's my curse you can consider.

Dear All,
After going through all the replies, it really hurts to see that people like us give such types of replies. Has anybody ever thought of why Prakash has asked for a fake payslip and appointment letter? Initially, we should understand the reason why he is asking for these documents.
Also, it's high time we should think that nowadays our society has gone down to the extent that even if you have talent, you can't succeed. Many big companies ask for high degrees, but they don't understand that while at work, those degrees and marks hardly matter. It depends on individuals' skills how good someone can be in a profession. Unfortunately, India is still prioritizing marks and degrees over talent. No value for talent... My practical experience....

Dear Gayathri,
Sorry to say, but again, we are going down the wrong track. Instead of focusing on removing Mr. Prakash from this community, it is more important to find the root cause of why he resorted to using fake documents. Perhaps he possesses talent, but unfortunately, our system does not allow him to showcase it. He may be frustrated due to facing rejection.
Rather than placing blame, we should identify the root cause and work towards eliminating it.

Hello Mr. Prakash, Firstly, Never do this as this may ruin your career even before starting & secondly do not misuse the freedom of writing to a forum by posting such a non sense. Thanks, Harsh
Dear Sarkar,
It's not just in India, it's a practice in all countries where there is more supply and there is choice for selecting candidates. We cannot change company practices to root out the main cause. However, we can warn people about the unethical and illegal actions which will land the individual in more trouble than he or she bargained for.
Have a nice day.

Be frank, Mr. Prakash. No need to beg for a fake certificate if you have a skill. Once you succeed in obtaining a fake certificate, you will be encouraged to continue down this path rather than pursuing the normal route. This may also lead you to engage in other activities that I prefer not to explain. So, be honest, and what you stand to lose is only one year, not your entire career. Best of luck.
