I am drafting a dress code/uniform policy for my company. The specified uniform is provided to all employees, and they have to wear it on all working days.

Please find below the dress code clause that may be helpful to you:
A <company name> Employee shall, at all times, wear presentable, safe, and non-provocative attire. For meetings with Clients, Business Partners, Suppliers, or Government Officials, dressing in Business Formals (Suit, Combination, Safari, Shirt & Tie, Saree for female employees only) is mandatory. 'Business Casuals' may be worn on other occasions. The use of 'Chappals' as footwear by male employees is strictly forbidden.
