Please guide me.... I have recently joined the ceramic industry. Before my joining, the industry was lacking an HR person, so the industry did not have an appointment letter and other letter systems. But now that I have joined, employees are requesting appointment letters. What should I do for that? Should I give them as existing employees or as new employees? What should be the accounting effect, i.e., on salary? Please guide me.
