I appreciate your interest. Let me inform you that it is a fact that Software Engineers are technically sound but they are very poor in communication skills or english , when it comes to speaking with Clients, even with their HR people or colleagues or boss or directors, etc.
I keep getting calls from software people reg this. So, after lots of research , trial & errors, I have designed a customized Business English Module for Software People & Working professionals , which is effective and practical and as per their need after proper analysis is done. Then I conduct Online classes live sessions online via Video & Audio., completely One to one with Individual attention.
Presently, I am conducting Online Live classes for 11 software engineers across India & it is very effective as they are showing lots of improvements.
It is becoming necessity in India for Software Professorials to learn Business English & Business Communication (Verbal & Written) , Presentation Skills, Meeting Skills, Email Etiquette, Telephone Etiquette, Client Interaction Skills & Communication Delivery Approach, Accent neutralization, Understanding client accent & Many professional skills to do self upgradation.
Let me tell you the fact , an individual can’t have 100% expertise in all types of accents like US, UK, Aus, Can . etc, because all are humanbeing and not the GOD or not a programmed robot. So its better to have a good Neutral Accent along with the ability to understand various accent styles.
When others speak in their accent from various countries you can easily understand them because you have developed “Accent Understanding Ability” and same-time when you speak in Neutral accent , others too can understand you easily. That is why everuwhere people are looking for Neutral accent.
