HI,I need to design a clearance form for the company because on of the employees has resigned and needs to be cleared before he is paid his dues, kindly help me with the format that i can use .thanxs

Purpose of a Clearance Form

A clearance form is quite simple. Its main purpose is for each department to declare that the person has no belongings with them. The form can be structured so that the HR department declares that Mr./Ms. XYZ has resigned with effect from a specific date and requests each Head of Department (HOD) to confirm if he/she has any belongings in their department.

Finally, it should be returned to HR, which must provide the final details of the number of days worked in the month (for salary payment) and confirm that the ID and other documents related to HR have been returned by the employee. The form can then be sent to the accounts department for the final settlement.
