The holidays are framed in consonance with the labor laws, especially under the Shop and Establishment Act. There are specific provisions that cover holidays, and in addition to this, there is a special enactment that lists compulsory holidays.
From time to time, even if we approach the Labor Commissioner's office every year, we will receive a list of holidays. Based on our preference, we can choose from this list.
