Hi all,

We have appraisals coming up next month. I would like to know the general questions to ask during a face-to-face meeting with an employee after they have completed their self-appraisal and their team lead has appraised them. What are the typical questions we ask them, and what other information do we need to collect from them regarding the rating provided by their team lead? In case they disagree with the rating given by the team lead, what should be the subsequent steps in the process?
