Hello !
I am newly joined to this community. Seeking for latest updates on labour laws/acts. As per PGDHRM course books I am totally confused about basic concept of Industy and workman. The law are contray in different acts.
Is there are any authentic and latest books covering labour laws/baracts.
Today our beloved country youth is badly suffering due to unstructured Human Resource Management in the country.
Is there any way, the HR professional of the country contribute there knowledge and skills and help every segment of youth to make their career as per vacancy through central/state Govt.
