Dear All,

I want to know about the benefits that a Pvt Ltd. Company has to give to its on-roll employees, in terms of remunerations, leaves, etc. Also, tell me if there is a big difference in any benefits for off-roll employees in the company.

Hi,

There are many benefits for on-roll employees such as bonuses, leave encashment, perks, insurance, gratuity, job security, various types of leave, etc. However, some benefits are restricted for off-roll employees, such as leaves, gratuity, and bonuses, and they do not receive direct benefits from the company. Being on-roll is much better than being off-roll.

Dear Mr. Balaji,

Thank you very much for the information. I need your suggestion regarding the difficulty I am facing at my current organization. I was given an appointment letter at the time of joining, wherein it was mentioned that I am appointed as a Trainee Assistant Manager and my probation would be for 6 months. However, I have completed 9 months here as of today, and I have not been given any confirmation letter nor taken on the company's rolls!

This is the reason I am looking for a change now. However, in other good companies, I cannot show that appointment letter designated as 'trainee'. Here in the company, there is no HR, and I am the only one handling the whole department. Kindly provide valuable suggestions so that I can resolve this situation.

Regards,
Priyanka Sharma
