Dear All,
Have attached a PIP form, can anybody guide me as to how was this format was made.
There are spaces given in this form that has a Auto Format Command set and it automatically goes to the next tab .

    Thanks a ton for your prompt response. Really appreciate you sharing your company's PIP Form.
    But you know my actual query remains unresolved . Many organisations make formats, where in they feed in some commands in the word document in such a way that the mandatory questions are not missed.
    If you could spare a minute, just go through the form, if you start filling in the details it has some auto formating.
