The PowerPoint presentation was good because of the well-chosen wording and the beautiful nature photos included. There appears to be a mistake on slide number 29 - the wording should be "a problem before it becomes an emergency" instead of "a problem before it becomes and emergency." If I am correct, members can make this small correction and use it. Once again, thanks to Balaji for this post.

I read it after two years and it is still refreshing.
Some minor observations are as under.
Slide no 4
DON,T BE AFRAID...... is incorrect punctuation.
Instead, it should read DON’T BE AFRAID..........
Slides 5 and 11 both speak about ill effects of argument.
Argument (invariably ?) arguably wastes time!!
Slide 28
One of the tests of leadership is the ability to recognise
a problem before it becomes and emergency.
I think the last three words should be read as
..........becomes an emergency.
