Dear Sir,

I have prepared a market analysis report for my company to demonstrate the salary structure and proposed increment structure across different education and experience groups. The main objective of presenting this report to management is to assess our current salary positioning compared to what other companies are offering. We are currently in the process of updating the salary structures for existing employees as well as new hires to ensure that our workforce remains with us. By providing a competitive package, we aim to retain our employees and discourage them from seeking opportunities elsewhere solely based on salary considerations. I kindly request your advice on this matter as I need to provide justification for these proposed changes.
