I had been working with an HR recruitment consultant and had a major problem in shortlisting the resumes we received as we didn't have the soft skills appraisal/evaluation of the candidates who used to send their CVs via email or through our website. I think that this is a really revolutionary system that http://www.flashvue.com./ has come up with. Let's hope that players such as Naukri.com and Monster.com start providing similar services for India also.
