Can anyone tell me about the process of obtaining an ESIC sub-code? What are the basic requirements for obtaining an ESIC sub-code? My Head Office is located in Delhi, and my employees work all over India. Therefore, I need to provide them with ESIC facilities, which requires the sub-code. What is the procedure for obtaining it?

First of all, you need to talk to the ESI consultant of that locality (the sub-code you are looking for), and then you need to submit the ESI challans of the financial year at the local ESI office along with the employees' details.

Unless you have 20 or more employees in each location, you need to worry. If you have an office, you can register online and get a number. Otherwise, you can register the employees with the Delhi Branch office of ESIC in the Declaration Form. Fill in the respective places. I hope you process salary in one place.
