Dear Seniors,

I need the leave encashment policy as per the Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishment Act. Currently, we are following this procedure: when an employee reaches 30 earned leaves (EL), 12 EL will be encashed, and the remaining EL will be retained in his/her account. According to our leave policy, at the end of every month, one EL will be credited to their account.

Some of my employees are now asking me if it is possible to encash all the ELs. Kindly advise me on this matter. Additionally, I request you to provide some supporting documents.
