Experience: 6 months - 1 year in recruitment
Shift: Day Shift
Education: Minimum Graduate
KRA (Key Responsibility Areas):
- Direct execution of Recruitment activity
- Ability to achieve closures
- Handling high-ranked profiles (Managerial)
- Working under strict supervision for Functional roles
- Timely execution of allocated tasks and reporting
Skills required:
- Excellent Communication
- Pleasant voice/personality
- Multi-Tasking
Should have experience in:
- Mass Communication, PR
- International call center background
- Cold Calling, Tele Calling
- Giving pitch to clients
The candidate should be interested in pursuing a career in the HR field.
