Hi Khairunnisa,
There is a lot of scope in Human Resources. You can choose any stream and make a career in that or you may become a jack of all trades too.
First comes Recruitment: like Recruitment consultant, Analyst, Resource Manager, Recruiting Manager, etc.... but all the jobs involve almost the same portfolio with some changes. Training & Development is another area that has extraordinary scope and development opportunities. Performance Appraisal, Welfare, Compensation and Benefits, Organization development, Motivation, Industrial Relations, etc., each subject is vast and requires specialization or mastering.
Regarding vacancies, you can do one thing—just search any job portal with the key skill "Human Resource." You will find unlimited job openings throughout India and abroad. Out of these, which interests you the most is the stream you should select. Don't go by anybody's choice. Just look into your interest and decide. Each stream has tremendous growth and openings.
Cheers,
Ali
