Hi Folks,
Things you should do:
1. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.
2. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have, or sleep all you want.
3. When you say, 'I love you,' mean it.
4. When you say, 'I'm sorry,' look the person in the eye.
5. Be engaged at least six months before you get married.
6. Believe in love at first sight.
7. Never laugh

Without hurting anybody's feelings and without any intention to discourage people from posting on the site, I would like to share that this is a wonderful site that brings out good HR learning. Hence, in order to maintain the significance of the site, let's not put forward emailers and messages that don't add value to our learnings and knowledge. Believe me, it takes time to open messages, and when there is nothing meaningful, it hurts. We already have a lot of such group sites that circulate these messages.
So let us maintain the contents of posts, restricted only to HR issues/queries that could bring some learnings.
Regards, Salil Sharma

Hi Sweta Jain,
The thoughts are very good, especially, "Don't judge people by their relatives" and "Don't let a little dispute injure a great friendship" are really good. But they find an apt place in 'Motivation & Development' and not in 'Performance Appraisal Management' forum. Moreover, the font size is also a bit annoying. Wherever you post it, please reduce the size...
