2. Ours is an industrial gas industry where we are manufacturing oxygen gas and storing liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, and liquid carbon dioxide, and refilling in cylinders. The liquids are stored in cryogenic vacuum-insulated storage tankers.

How do we apply for site clearance permission from the Site Appraisal Committee as per the Tamil Nadu Factories Act? Is there any fee for the vessels? Please forward the relevant rules and formats.
