I am a HR- Executive in a IT Training Institute which is having E-Learning,e-Publishing division.
I have been a HR-Recruiter for the past two years.Now I am looking foir a change....like doing or Implementing some new concepts to my organisation which will add my value in my organisation as wellas in my profile.
Kindly guide me what can I do.....

Dear Imran,
Well your namesake was one of my hero. Jokes apart. Let me tell you first you need to ascertain what is missing or what new things you want to implement and as HR do you have the permission to make the necessary changes.
Let me elucidate, you can make changes in Performance Appraisal System by introducting Balance Score Card, or go in for a new Quality Standard like Six Sigma. So, in what field you want changes please tell us, so that we can all help you with your plans.

Thanks for your reply and comments.
I am a recruiter...for the past two years....
I did competency mapping....2 yrs back....but the problem was I am not clear whether they implemented it or not.
1. I did Job analysis by one to one Interview.
2.Then I consolidated and brought it into a sturcture of KRA(Key result Area)
3.Then we did skill set analysis ( Technically and Non technicall)
Now I dont know what to do now.....further..... Kindly advise me... on this....
Next..
Does Six sigma is used for Performance Appriasal.....
Let me know...
After doing Recruitment....I want to do
1.Balanced Score Card,
2.Competency Mapping, 3.Skill development, 4.Motivation, 5.Retention,
6.Performance Appraisal
Does any Training Institute provide this kind of training where I CAN IMPLEMENT IN MY ORGANISATION
