Take a look at this marvelous answer:
A mechanic was removing the cylinder heads from the motor of a car when he spotted the famous heart surgeon in his shop, who was standing off to the side, waiting for the service manager to come and take a look at his car.
The mechanic shouted across the garage, "Hello Doctor! Please come over here for a minute." The famous surgeon, a bit surprised, walked over to the mechanic. The mechanic straightened up, wiped his hands on a rag, and asked argumentatively, "So doctor, look at this. I also open hearts, take valves out, grind 'em, put in new parts, and when I finish this will work as a new one. So how come you get the big money, when you and I are doing basically the same work?"
The doctor leaned over and whispered to the mechanic... What did he say?
Guess...
He said: "Try to do it when the engine is running."

The doctor is right; to operate when the engine is running is not so easy. But you need to accept challenges when you want to say, "I can do it."
Life is a game, need to play it with fame. Challenges are always an open door to success. It's you who need to decide whether to open it or not. If you open the door, you will see the wonders in your life. If not, you will still see others enjoying the wonders in their life.
Never give up until you get it. Even if people die, they are reborn to acquire their desired goal. That's the spirit; one needs to have this to be ahead of others.
Just try it for once to accept the greatest challenge in your work or life; you will definitely find the greatest moments in your life.
