Hi Mr. Dhandayuthapani,

I would like to introduce myself as Priya. I am an MBA graduate currently working as an HR Executive in an IT company. I have also completed a course in SAP HR from Bitech, an authorized center for SAP. I am now preparing for the certification exam.

Could you please provide me with the current market status of SAP in HR? I am looking forward to your guidance on how to prepare for the certification exam.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Everyone,

@ Prasanth: I would advise you to get some domain experience before attempting SAP certification. This will allow you to have your HR concepts clear, which will make it easier for you to understand SAP. As for certification, the current cost is around Rs. 2 lakhs. You can only get SAP certification from authorized education partners. You can learn SAP HR module from other institutes for around 50K, but then you cannot appear for the certification exam.

@ Bala: Accenture, in itself, is one of the biggest SAP employers in India. I guess you can just check through your company employee database. You will find many colleagues who have SAP HCM certification and would be able to give you the necessary guidance and materials.

HTC is the worst institute in Delhi to teach SAP. Their faculties change frequently and fail to complete the course. Every time you visit, you have to wait and end up wasting your time. It's possible that all the positive reviews on this site were posted by the institute itself. I have recordings of their conversations. What I need is to gather support from all of you before taking this matter to the police. Please email me your details and phone number so that we can collectively take action against them. My email is .
