Trust ur all doin fine. m into the process of preparing a competency dictionary 4 my organsiation-have reached the penultimate stage of teh competency mapping exercise across the orgasnisation.
2 widen my perspective, wud b glad if u'll cud share some material which gives information about competencies & their meanings.(its gonna b a customised dictionary-but need this material 4 validation).
