I'm new here and currently trying to create my own budget planner. Are there any other ideas or ways to enhance the budget planner posted by *thinkjobz*? I really want to develop a planner that suits the everyday person. How can I make it better? Any ideas?

I looked at your budget sheet it’s a vey useful tool to be used in a household and a forming company that has 3 to 5 employees but for a proper enterprise there are some areas you have not considered in this budget sheet.
You have not considered Training & Development Expenses
You have not considered increment, to be paid to employees at the end of the year
You have not considered travel (although it can be with training & development) however you need to consider it in your sheet
You have not considered security
You have not considered recruitment/ manpower planning
