HR Dashboard refers to a snapshot of the Health of HR. A dashboard is something that would give a synopsis of the entire HR activities. This is basically used by the management for strategic desisions. A dashboard contains various metrics and data points related to HR functions. I am attaching a list of key metrics that can be measured. You can chose the ones that your management wants to focus on. Generally in a dashboard data is represented by graph.
