Hi, It varies according to state. Employer have to pay double the Basic salary as per their duty hours. If someone’s Basic is 12,000/- PM He/she works 4 hrs in a declared holiday. Then he/she gets (12,000/26/8)*4*2 = Rs.462/- extra from their salary. Regards Tapan
