Latrines and Urinals –Health , Safety and Welfare of Workers
In every factory sufficient latrine and urinal accommodation of the prescribed type (separate enclosed accommodation for male and female workers)shall be provided conveniently situated and accessible to workers at all times while they are at the factory.
Every Latrine shall be adequately lighted and ventilated, under cover and so partitioned off as to secure privacy and shall have proper door and fastening.
Sweepers shall be employed whose primary duty it would be to keep clean latrines, urinals and washing places.-Section 19 of The Factory Act
